How do we start?

Book any retainer package and our staff will be in touch with you to arrange a meeting.

Is there a setup cost?

All of our packages are monthly and we do not charge any setup fees.

Do you offer yearly plans?

Our packages are retainer in nature, i.e. we charge you on a monthly basis. However, if you prefer to pay for a year upfront, which is totally up to you, we offer a discount of 10%.

Any special offers for non-profits?

Contact us with proof of your non-profit status and we will offer you a discount of 25%!.

What happens to the unused hours at the end of a monthly retainer contract?

We will give you regular updates on the status of your retainer hours. Unfortunately, any unused hours at the end of a monthly contract are not transferable, unless it is explicitly mentioned in your package.

Who will work on my project?

Initially, our manager and senior staff will be in touch to understand your requirements. Then, they will prioritize your needs and allocate a suitable staff to work on your retainer project.

Can I get a refund?

If you don’t think our packages will be a good fit before we start working on your project, we’ll give you a full refund. Check out our payment terms to know more.

Is there an express option to complete a project quickly?

If you require a project to be completed urgently, we will check our availability and help you complete the task. Along with the regular package rate, you have to pay ‘special priority charges’ for every additional hour we spend on your project.
